    For faster help, include what happened, the type of item you were checking, your Olevo app version if available, your iOS version, and any relevant screenshots that do not expose passwords, verification codes, payment details, or other sensitive information.

    Premium And Subscriptions

    Olevo Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple Subscriptions. Deleting the app or deleting the Olevo service profile does not cancel Premium.

    To cancel or manage billing, use Apple Subscriptions from your Apple Account settings. For refund requests, use Apple's purchase support tools because Apple handles App Store billing.

    Privacy And Deletion

    Read the Olevo Privacy Policy for details about local data, Detailed Reviews, anonymous service profiles, subscriptions, and deletion.

    In app Settings, you can manage saved checked items, delete the anonymous service profile, and reset Detailed Review consent so Olevo asks again before sending content for another Detailed Review.

    Safety Limits

    Olevo is not emergency, legal, financial, or account-security support. It is a second-opinion tool for suspicious messages, calls, screenshots, photos, and similar content.

    If money, account access, passwords, verification codes, legal threats, or immediate danger are involved, contact the relevant company, bank, government agency, law enforcement, or emergency services through a trusted channel.
